We developed and delivered the concept “Fresh Market“.
We looked at, designed and tested every aspect of the customer’s journey throughout the store.
Over 12 months we developed the visual offering to customers. By redesigning the way categories were merchandised and the visual impact of point of sale, It made the user experience a more enjoyable for customers and staff.
This strategy was implemented in Morrison’s supermarket’s feedback was taken in before the new look was rolled out across the 450 UK stores.
